James F. Huntley, Jr., 72, of Easton, PA, died on February 4, 2022 in Fountain Hill, PA.
Born in Somerville to the late James F. Sr. and Elenore Huntley (nee Everett), he was raised in Bridgewater, graduating from Bridgewater High School West.
Mr. Huntley was drafted into the Vietnam War and proudly served his country in the United States Air Force. Once he returned home, he worked at a gas station and loved the smell of gasoline. He went on to become a Printing Press Supervisor for Tekni-Plex Inc in Flemington until his retirement.
James was a tough man with a big heart. He enjoyed watching NASCAR and WWE wrestling, spending his 69th birthday at Backlash Live. He was a former member of the Somerville Eagles where he was known for his talent at billiards, something he still was good at. James knew the value of his family, his quick wit and sense of humor will be remembered by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren for generations to come.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Pamela in 1992, his sisters Diane and Peggy, and his brother William.
Surviving are his children, Jamie Huntley and Kevin Huntley, his grandchildren, Ashley, Katelin, Ariel, Skylar, Pamela, Lita, and Raven, his great-grandchildren Sophia, Tahlya, Zoey, and Grayson, his brother Raymond Huntley, as well as his extended family and friends.
Visitation will be held Friday, February 11, 2022 from 10:00 to 11:00AM at Cusick Funeral Home, 80 Mountain Avenue, Somerville.
Interment will follow at New Cemetery Association of Somerville, 192 South Bridge Street.
